Methodology, about and glossary

How the facts on this site are sourced, how often they are refreshed, and how to send a correction.

Methodology

Every fact comes from the vendor's own public pages. Pricing, note formats, compliance statements and integration details are read from the vendor's site, trust pages and documentation. Third-party summaries are not treated as sources.

Facts are re-checked monthly. Where a vendor has not published something, the page says so instead of guessing.

No paid placement. No vendor can pay for inclusion, a position in the ranking, or a better verdict. Comparisons are editorial.

Corrections are welcome. If a fact is wrong, send the primary source and the page is fixed and re-dated.

Coverage

40 tools tracked today, from therapy-first scribes to general medical scribes that support therapy workflows. The full list lives in the ranking and the side-by-side table.

Country, specialty and EHR views are being built next. If a tool is missing, tell us and we will look at it.

About

Scribechoice is an independent editorial resource for AI therapy scribes, built for mental health and therapy clinicians rather than general medical workflows.

It is reader-supported. There are no sponsored placements and no vendor-written pages. Nothing on this site is legal, clinical or financial advice; confirm compliance, pricing and fit with the vendor and your own advisors.

Changelog

Facts are re-checked on a monthly cycle. When a vendor changes pricing, compliance posture or integrations, the affected page is updated and re-dated. A public changelog of those changes ships with the next refresh cycle.
